P.O(placed order)POLICY
we at DILAG require clients who wished to have the provided garment/s design on MADE TO ORDER MODE. Client must place an order first before any of the mentioned below is provided.
**This is to protect our company from clients who placed orders/P.O's but later was not able to purchase the goods, in short 'BOGUS' buyers.
1. before any provision of dummy samples is given,clients must be a 100% sure that they will be purchasing the agreed number of pieces on MTO and 100% sure that they will purchase
2. and that upon P.O a 50% DOWN PAYMENT is required as CASH BOND for the regarded order.
NOTE: breakdown of fee will be forwarded upon confirmation before DOWN PAYMENT is paid. Payment modes will be forwarded upon FINAL confirmation of orders.
** we prefer bank deposits/GCASH for faster transaction.

PROVISIONS
due to clients with bulk orders
sometimes the availability of the cloth will not be sufficient enough to meet the number of pieces required
alternative cloth swatches/sample pics
will be sent to you before production
for verification
** a 'dummy' sample will be provided, it will be shipped to you for checking re: dimension and appropriate adjustments before final production.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME:
2 1/2 weeks from date of down payment
NOTE: that dummy must be re-shipped ASAP
include the appropriate note on dimension/adjustments
for production to partake
